Mr. Mak's is a beverage startup based in Chinatown, New York. I designed the company's brand identity, including stationery, a website, and a trade show booth. I also designed the packaging for Mr. Mak's Ginbao; you can view that project here.
Mr. Mak's corporate identity, like its packaging, is a mix of old and new, Asian and Western, highbrow and lowbrow. Every aesthetic choice was inspired by the company's Chinatown roots and its mission to bring Traditional Chinese Medicine into the mainstream. This project was honored in the 2018 Print Regional Design annual.
